Hygienic characteristic of actual nourishment of small peoples of the far north
The actual nourishment of the representatives of small peoples of the Far North: Nenets, Khanty, Komi as well as some indices of the functional state of central nervous and cardiovascular systems of the organism are studied. The revealed peculiarities of food status are the bases for development of hygienic recommendations on nourishment optimization and population health improvement.
