Differential diagnosis of tuberculous and hamartomas of the lungs

Abstract

Based on observations of 400 patients with tuberculomas and 26 with pulmonary hamartomas, some differential diagnostic signs characteristic of these diseases were determined. The leading role in their recognition belongs to X-ray examination. In young people, tuberculin diagnostics is of a certain importance.
