The Council of People's Commissars of the Republic of Tatarstan adopted a resolution on the organization of the Tuberculosis Institute in Kazan.
In 1925, courses for advanced training of pharmacists were organized at the Kazan University, and 72 pharmacists were enrolled. At present, these courses are in danger of being closed for lack of funds. It is imperative that the relevant authorities take measures against this, because highly qualified pharmacists are just as necessary as highly qualified workers in other branches of production.
