Blood changes in syphilis of the central nervous system
In syphilitic diseases of the central nervous system the blood undergoes a number of changes, namely, there is a decrease in the resistance of erythrocytes, in 70% of all cases there is an acceleration of the sedimentation reaction of the latter, etc., but the number of lymphocytes remains normal.
