Stomach activity in diseases of the brain

Abstract

Having carried out a number of studies in this direction, the authors found that for the secretory and motor activity of the stomach there are, apparently, different independent centers in the cerebral cortex. Therefore, for example, in brain tumors the acidity of gastric juice is increased, while the motor function is delayed.
