False dysuria in girls with diseases of the external genital organs
The act of urination in girls in the pre-pubertal and pubertal periods can be accompanied by a burning sensation, pain and difficulty with perfectly healthy urinary tract. This is sometimes observed with some diseases of the external genital organs, mainly the mucous membrane of the vestibule.
