Diagnosis of anterior branch block of the left Gis bundle by orthogonal ECG
The aim of our work was a comparative study of ECG signs of block in the corrected orthogonal leads of the Franck system with reversed polarity, in the lead and in the usual 12 leads. We studied 150 healthy people and 70 patients (39 males, 31 females) with left bundle branch anterior blockade. There was 1 patient under 20 years of age, 21 to 30-2, 31 to 40-10, 41 to 50-13, 51 to 60-16, and 28 over 60 years of age.
