Results of using nylon prostheses for vascular anastomoses and grafts
From June 1956 to August 15, 1957, the authors performed 57 operations on vessels in 54 patients using nylon prostheses. Operations were performed for aortic aneurysms, peripheral vascular aneurysms, segmental thrombosis of the aorta and femoral artery (in the area of the Gunter's canal) and other vascular disorders developing in old people with diabetes.
