Large diaphragmatic hernia
As you know, diaphragmatic hernias are divided into congenital and acquired. Acquired diaphragmatic hernias are usually caused by trauma. On the right, traumatic hernias are rare. Due to the release of the viscera into the chest cavity, the lung collapses, and the heart is displaced.
