Currently, operations for narrowing the left venous opening have ceased to be a casuistic incident and have entered the circle of daily work of surgical clinics (A.N. Bakulev, A.A. Vishnevsky, A.V. Gulyaev, V.I. Kazansky, P.A. Kupriyanov, E. N. Meshalkin, B. V. Petrovsky, F. G. Uglov and many others).
