The III session of the Coordinating Council of the Volga Region for Postgraduate Training of Physicians was held in Kuibyshev on November 28-29, 1985. The meeting was attended by Deputy Ministers of Health for Personnel of Tatar, Chuvash, Mari and Mordovia ASSR, heads of personnel departments of Kuibyshev, Gorki, Ulyanovsk and Kirov Regional Health Departments, Vice-Rectors for Academic Affairs of medical institutions of the region, deans of Faculties for Advanced Medical Training (FEMT), representatives of the MH RSFSR, heads of health authorities and medical institutions of Kuibyshev region and Kuibyshev city.
