With an abundance of literature on the treatment of patients with open skeletal injuries, this problem still deserves serious attention. Significant advances in modern science in the field of in-depth study of the dynamics of very complex processes accompanying trauma, and the discovery of effective antibiotic drugs have a positive role in resolving a number of issues related to open bone fractures.
