Anatomical prerequisites of genital nerve compression in humans
Topographoanatomical relations of the genital nerve with the mentioned ligaments and the sternum muscle were studied on 12 cadavers no later than 3 hours after death and on 4 cadavers of both sexes died between the ages of 30 and 62 years fixed in formalin (24 specimens in total). Attention was paid to the location of the genital nerve in relation to the pelvic bony formations, sternum muscle, sacrospinous and sacrococcygeal ligaments.
