"Strophanthin test" in patients with ischemic heart disease in the diagnosis of the latent stage of heart failure
We studied the effect of a single intravenous injection of strophanthin on the contractile function of the myocardium at rest and under conditions of veloergometric load, as well as the diagnostic value of an acute "strophanthin test" in identifying the latent stage of heart failure in patients with ischemic heart disease.
