About the phase structure of diastole in heart failure and its changes under the influence of cardiac glycosides
We observed 89 patients with mitral heart defects, of whom 47 suffered from mitral stenosis, 20 from mitral insufficiency and 22 from combined mitral heart disease. There are 3 groups: 30 people. with compensated defect, 40 with initial signs of right ventricular failure and 19 with clinically significant right ventricular failure.
