Characteristic of atrial fibrillation and electrical impulse rhythm reversion
Studies by E.A. Ozol (1956), carried out with the help of special leads, showed that the high-voltage form of atrial fibrillation with ff not lower than 0.2 mv is mainly inherent in rheumatic heart disease with mitral stenosis. A low-voltage form of blinking and the absence of noticeable waves on the ECG are noted, as a rule, in cardiosclerosis, mainly of atherosclerotic origin.
