Abstract

We analyzed the dynamics of ALP activity in the blood serum in 33 patients with large-focal myocardial infarction (age - from 39 to 76 years) and in 21 patients with angina pectoris (age - from 36 to 70 years) in combination with a number of other special methods (ECG study, determination of the activity of aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase, the level of sialic acids by the diphenylamine test, fibrinogen and the presence of C-reactive protein).
