Assessment of Allergy Caused by Nickel Compounds

Abstract

Taking into account the important role of blood cells in the development of delayed-type hypersensitivity, we used the phenomenon of adhesion (agglomeration) of leukocytes in citrated blood according to Fleck in the modification of I.E.Sosonkin to assess the allergy caused by nickel compounds in guinea pigs.
