Glucocorticoid function of the adrenal cortex in Rh-conflict

Abstract

In order to study the glucocorticoid function of the adrenal cortex in pregnant women, women in labor, their newborns and with replacement blood transfusion, we determined the total 11-hydroxycorticosteroids (11-OCS) in blood plasma according to Yu.A. Pankov and I. Ya. Usvatova (1965) on fluorimeter "Bian".
