Combined form of bacterial dysentery with ulcerative colitis
A., 20 years old, was admitted to the infectious diseases department 4/I 1976 in serious condition with complaints of severe weakness, lack of appetite, dull cramping pains in the lower abdomen, more pronounced in the left iliac region, frequent stools with mucus and blood. The patient has difficulty in making contact, answers questions in monosyllables, with a delay, the orientation is preserved.
