Root drill. Hand tool, the working part of which is made in the form of a tapered helical spiral with a sharp edge. Designed to expand and clean the root canal. Manufactured in five sizes: from d1 0.40 mm, d2 0.25 mm (No. 1) to d1 0.60 mm, d2 0.45 mm (No. 5).
