K., 62 years old, entered at 11 o'clock. 30 minutes. 16 / ѴII 1963 with a diagnosis of mechanical intestinal obstruction (probably due to a tumor), diffuse peritonitis, right-sided focal pneumonia, coronary cardiosclerosis, pneumosclerosis.
