It examines the attitude of patients to their illness, the mental factor in the etiology of lung tbc, the psychology of chronically sick tbc, the influence of nature and culture, the influence of life in a sanatorium on tuberculosis patients, their sexual life, psychotherapy, etc. The book does not bring anything essentially new, but nevertheless it is of interest as something to a certain extent integral in this area.
