Treatment of pneumonia in children with white streptocide
As a chemotherapeutic agent, streptocide acts on microorganisms only in vivo; in vitro, even in more concentrated solutions, it has no effect. Such an indirect effect may depend on: 1) the splitting of this drug into active substances; 2) from stimulating cells of a living organism to form antibodies.
