Letter to the editor
Under the People's Commissariat for Health, a Correspondence Education Bureau has been organized, which sets its task primarily to improve the qualifications and retraining of secondary and junior medical workers. The Bureau is also starting to train new nurses from among the most experienced literate nurses.
