Dr. V. I. Nizner. On the issue of twisting of the spleen The speaker demonstrated a patient, 30 years old, who was admitted to the Hospital Surgical Clinic of the University for pain in the lower abdomen, nausea, cramps during urination and the presence of a tumor in the left half of the abdominal cavity. She fell ill 3 days before admission to the clinic, at first bowel movement was normal, later stool retention and no winds.
