Tonsillitis and rheumatism
The solution of clinical questions very often presents enormous difficulties and therefore all measures should be taken so that the clinical material is subjected to the most correct and very careful assessment, which, however, is far from always the case, and therefore little convincing material is accumulated. It's all about the approach method. It is clear that D. and K. set themselves the goal of illuminating the question of the relationship between tonsillitis and rheumatism. What material did the authors have? There are almost no indications and it is not clear under what bias the presented cases were selected.
