Features of childbirth in "old" primiparous

Abstract

Dr. medits. V.V.Dyakonov and Dr. V.D. Chvrnoyarovry. The question of whether childbirth in the so-called "old primiparous44" presents any peculiarities depending on age, or whether age does not play a significant role in this. has not yet been finally decided. Therefore, we gladly accepted the offer of Prof. A.I. Timofeeva to revise the material of the Kazan obstetric clinics and see on it whether and how childbirth differs in women of a later age. Coming to the fulfillment of our task, we first of all had to solve the question at what age the woman's body should be considered. "Old" for the first birth.
