A case of multiple perforation of ulcers on the remaining part of the stomach after resection
In the extensive literature on the issue of complications after gastric resection, a number of authors note: bleeding, atony of the stomach, insufficiency and dehiscence of sutures and, less often, perforation of ulcers on the remaining part of the stomach, not recognized both before and during surgery, or acute developed in the postoperative period.
