About internal restraints after stomach surgery
The author observed two cases of intestinal obstruction due to entrapment after stomach surgery. The author performed over 560 gastric resections and 110 gastroenterostomies. Clinically, this complication manifests itself as high intestinal obstruction, more often acute, less often chronic.
