Pituitary tumor and peptic ulcer
Keshing recently drew attention to the link between pituitary disease and peptic ulcer. He cited 3 cases of deaths from ulcer perforation after surgery for a brain tumor. The author also cites his 2 cases of primary pituitary tumor with peptic ulcers.
