If the question of bilirubinemia, its role in the pathogenesis of a number of diseases, in recent years, numerous studies have been devoted (Aschoff, Lepene, Lenskaya, Rosenthal, Rosenberg, Snapper, etc.), then the literature on urobilinemia is very insignificant. Meanwhile, the clinical significance of urobilinemia in the prognosis, assessment of work capacity in a number of diseases is of exceptional importance.
