On the issue of radical inguinal hernia surgery

K Describes his method of radical inguinal hernia surgery, which he recommended for cases where a simple Bassi operation is not applicable due to the weakness of the fascia and abdominal muscles, to strengthen the weakest parts of the inguinal canal — the lower inguinal triangle and the site of the spermatic cord exit , the hernial sac, after its isolation from the latter, is cut off as high as possible, and the cord after the incision of the internal oblique muscle of the abdomen is pushed upward at an angle of 45-90 °.
