About a specific substance in the urine of cancrotic patients
If a rabbit is injected with a small amount of a specially treated urine from cancrotic cells for several days, then a number of histological changes are found in the adrenal cortex of rabbits (especially the disappearance of lipoids in the fascicular zone).
