A case of complex congenital heart disease complicated by pulmonary arteritis and it's rupture

Abstract

Case that served as the source material for the report by Prof. I.P. Vasilyev and Ass. N.S. Podolsky, is of such great interest that I allow myself to dwell a little more on his clinical analysis. The unexpected outcome was the reason why I had to make a diagnostic analysis of the case only before the autopsy, based on data that was not complete enough, part of which needed to be checked. There are also details in the case where personal impressions are extremely important for understanding.
