Ayerzа's disease or primary isolated pulmonary artery sclerosis?

In 1901, Ayerza (Buenos Aires) reported his first observation, where cyanosis in the section could only be explained with difficulty by lung sclerosis, severe right ventricular hypertrophy and normal heart apiarate valve.
