Fat content in milk of Kazan and its surroundings at different times of year
My work, which served as the basis for this report, was completed about 2 years ago, when I was still a laboratory assistant at Kazan University. Since then, a significant period of time has passed, but I think that my interest in the work has not lost, as there have been no published new researches on local milk during this time, this is the first, and the second my work, as we will see in the distance, is somewhat different from the usual knowledge of this kind.
