To the question of the reliability of the agglutination reaction

The test for gluing, although it is a specific and very sensitive reaction of immunity, however, one, without accompanying bacteriological analysis or other serodiagnostic methods (like the experience of Castellani, reaction fixation of alexin), is not sufficient for diagnosing infections at the patient's bedside.
