From September of the month in St. Petersburg, in the premises of the Biological Laboratory of PF Lesgaft, a new higher educational institution, St. Petersburg, is opening. HIGHER COURSES with general and special faculties. The main task of this institution is to eliminate one of the very significant shortcomings of modern higher education, which gives only special knowledge, without general higher education, the result of which between secondary and higher education is nothing filled with a gap.
