A new method for the determination of the trypsin-release pancreas function
In view of the fact that there are often no favorable conditions for the preservation of trypsin in an active state throughout the entire length of the digestive tract, we cannot detect this enzyme, even if we had the most sensitive methods for this. The presence of blood in the feces, the acidic environment in the large intestines with intestinal festering, prolonged constipation, all these are the moments that cause negative results when examining the feces on trypsin, at least the last one and freely flowed into the intestine.
