Attended by: Dr. Opokin, Lyubenetsky, Kazansky, Goryaev, Cheboksarov, Kotelov, Sorokovikov, prof. Osipov, Vladimirov, Fofanov, Rozhdestvensky, Desyatov, Timofev, Chalusov, prof. Kazem-Bek, and a man of 30 outsiders.
