Pointing to the low success of conventional therapeutic measures and the inaccessibility of surgical treatment of obstruction in Kiev for a practitioner, the author recommends to test the treatment of atropin, which gave favorable results in two cases. i) Patient A.L., 50 years old, developed characteristic obstruction in three days.
