Abstract

The chairperson was Dr. V. P. Pervushin, with the • secretary A. V. Gavorskom. Present were Shibkov, Pan, Surkov, Kotelov, Osipov, Chalusov, Zuev, Lyubenetsky, Menshikov, Grache, Arnoldov, Leypich, Barykin , Zabolotnov, Desyatov, Goryaev, Idelson, Tsipkin, Vulfius, Troitskiy, Mislavskiy and a man of 50 outsiders.
