Evfimiya Kazaeva, 25 years old, Mordovian peasant from the Lyagushkin village, Spassky district, Kazan province, appeared in the outpatient clinic on January 2, 1902 with the diagnosis: Trachoma chronica utriusque; atrophia bulbi oculi sinist. post trachomam, entropion utriusque palpebr. super.; pannus crassus oculi dextr.
