Perforation of an esophageal ulcer in the aorta
Peptic ulcers of the esophagus are very rare. According to Gruber's statistics, 6 peptic ulcers were found on 11028 sections, which is 0.05%. Up to 1957, 18 patients with esophageal ulcers were described.
