Plasma replacement therapy in patients with acute pancreonecrosis
Treatment of patients with acute pancreonecrosis is very difficult, which is associated, in addition, with a change in the physical and chemical properties of the plasma. The latter becomes viscous, white in color, sometimes with a grayish or dirty tint. Such plasma blocks microvascular bed with the development of respiratory distress syndrome, hepatic and renal failure. Common method of forced plasmapheresis with exfusion of 1.2-1.5 liters of plasma is not always effective.
