HLA antigens in patients with myocardial infarction
To check HLA-association of myocardial infarction (MI) among citizens of Kazan, we profiled 32 patients (men) diagnosed with MI aged 33 to 58 years, 32 healthy blood transfusion station donors and medical personnel (also men) aged 32 to 56 years, who did not suffer from cardiovascular diseases at the time of examination.
