Blockade of the anterosuperior ramus of His bundle left crus on evidence of integral topography

Abstract

The amplitude indices of QRS complex are studied by R.Z. Amirov’s integral topography with the record of 104 Vilson’s monopolar leads from the chest surface in 42 persons in norm depending on the heart electric axis position as a control group and in 47 patients with the blockade of the anterosuperior ramus of His⁰ bundle left crus. The results obtained allow to derive a comprehensive idea of the electric field character in the blockade involved and to explain the variability of electrocardiographic picture in chest leads of classic ECG. The additional criterion of the blockade of the anterosuperior ramus diagnisis with high sensitivity and specificity is proposed.
