Abstract

The fluctuations during the day of the ventilation function indices such as VC, FEV₀₅, FEV₁PEF, FEF₂₅, FEF₅₀, FEF₇₅ FEF_25-75, FEF_75-85 are examined in 52 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. It is found that VC, FEV₀₅ and PEF increased but FEF₇₅, FEF_25-75 and FEF_75-85 decreased during the day, and fluctuations of different ventilation indices are in connection with other clinical indices.
