The article solves the problem of optimization of slipping process of wheeled mover by joint solution of regression equations for slipping and resistance force of motion of wheeled mover equipped with anti-skid devices.
Design of seed hopper and calculation method for its geometrical parameters are proposed. Results of experimental research of its application in onion planter are given.
The article presents the results of research of working process of 2Ч 10,5/12,0 diesel engine operating on methanol and rapeseed methyl ester using binary system of fuel supply. Diagrams of influence of using methanol and rapeseed methyl ester on combustion process, power and economic indicators of diesel engine are given.
The article considers the slipping process of friction clutches in gearboxes of cars and tractors during gear shifting without interruption of power flow. It is proved that the gear shifting process in gearbox without power flow interruption occurs when clutch friction discs of engaged gear are slipping and discs of disengaging gear are closed. At this, the value of torque transmitted by disengaging friction clutch in gearbox depends on a value of frictional moment of engaging friction clutch. The results of this article also apply to composite gearboxes such as DSG (Direct Shift Gearbox).

The article presents the results of researches on the pneumatic delivery of working fluid drops to plants with the maximum deposition and fixing of appropriately sized drops on stalks and leaves with the use of additional air stream. To solve the problem of sweeping out and deposition of fine aerosol on plants, it is proposed to use in boom sprayer a pneumatic device with slotted nozzles.
The article is dedicated to review and analysis of control and estimation methods of power fluid purity in order to provide reliability of tractor hydraulic systems. It highlights the results of experimental studies concerning contamination of hydraulic system fluids. Comparative analysis of foreign standards of hydraulic system fluids control is performed.
Obtained equations allow to determine the influence of soil cultivation depth, characteristics of working organs and used structural materials on the productivity of unit. Optimal values of grasp width and unit motion speed providing maximum performance are defined. Expediency of using units with low power tractors and automatic control, or units in which tractors are not used as means of traction is proved.
